This week we're talking about our weekend spent at the 2012 Calgary Comic and Entertainment Expo. Year after year this event never ceases to blow us away and the show remained spectacular as always despite some struggles this time around. Definitely a growing pains year for the con, but being too popular isn't a bad thing! It's by far our favorite event of the year in Calgary and we're looking forward to bigger and better in 2013! We also talked briefly about what we've been playing with games like Trials Evolution and More! This episode also features an amazing bumper appearance from Mark Meer (@Mark_meer) who you might know from his brief role as COMMANDER FREAKING SHEPARD from the Mass Effect series! The Calgary Comic and Entertainment Expo is my absolute favorite time of year in YYC. You can keep the Calgary Stampede, and maybe even Christmas, just don't ever take away my Calgary Expo. This event get's better every year and 2011 was no exception with triple the floor space and a cavalcade of amazing guests brought in by the show organizers. It drains my wallet of all disposable income which I am OH so happy to part with in order to get my hands on the sweet sweet geek wares what dwell within.
